Event Management for the National Cybercrime Team

The Brief

As part of our contract with the NPCC National Cybercrime Programme, Purple Pitch PR provide full event management for several national law enforcement conferences each year.

The largest of these is TCUK, held in partnership with the National Crime Agency. This annual event brings together 450+ police officers, staff, and key stakeholders, including representatives from every police force, regional cybercrime unit, and the Home Office.

The Solution

We always take time researching venues before consdering delegates, the agenda and then conducting management on the day.

We always deliver this event under budget and are already planning ahead for TCUK 2026.

Driving brand awareness for the National Vehicle Crime Reduction Partnership

Purple Pitch were appointed by National Vehicle Crime Reduction Partnership (NVCRP) to provide an Enhanced Media and Communications Strategy to increase awareness of organised vehicle crime - not only with the general public, but amongst industry and furthermore within the Police.

NPCC National Cybercrime Team Communications

Purple Pitch PR were initially engaged by the National Cybercrime Team in 2019, to manage the PR launch of dedicated Cyber Crime Units within every police force in England and Wales. Having exceeded all expectations, we were subsequently appointed as the national strategic communications lead, ensuring effective engagement across all staff working in all 43 Cyber Crime Units.

Launching Police Cyber Alarm

Purple Pitch PR were commissioned to launch the Home Office funded tool Police CyberAlarm to businesses across England and Wales, a free tool for businesses to better protect themselves from cyber threats. We developed a targeted multi-channel PR campaign, creating content, devising marketing material and developing a media engagement plan for launch, encouraging businesses to sign up.
