The different ways you can engage our public relations team

Retainer Basis

Retainer Basis

Under a retainer contract we will cost the proposal based on a set number of hours of support per month. This can run for 3/6 or 12 months.

Every month we charge the client the monthly retainer fee for the number of hours we have worked. This is the best option for clients looking for ongoing PR support.

Project Basis

Project Basis

For clients looking for PR support for a one-off project or piece of work, we provide a costed proposal for the entirety of the project.

If the project runs over a number of months we will bill the client for a proportion of the project cost at the end of each month, with the remaining balance due on completion of the project.

Bloom Procurement – Public Sector

Bloom Procurement – Public Sector

Purple Pitch PR are a Bloom Accredited Supplier. That means public sector organisations including law enforcement and education can contract Purple Pitch PR through a compliant, rapid, fully managed procurement process.

Rather than going out for a full market tender, public sector clients can access our services through Bloom via a mini competition or Direct Award.

Every client is different and we tailor every proposal to each individual client or project. We don’t have a set day rate as costs are dependent on how many hours support are needed from different members of the team.

Our Director’s time costs more than our PR Assistant and so on, each proposal is costed on how much time is needed from each member of the team.

What happens when you reach out to us?

  • We will schedule a 30 minute discovery call with you on Teams or via phone
  • This is an informal chat about what PR support you are looking for and to find out more about your business/organisation
  • It is an opportunity for you to ask us any questions about our experience and how we work
  • We may chat through a few ideas of how we could help
  • We don’t discuss pricing on the call as we will come back with a written proposal
  • Following the call we will draft a proposal with approach, tactics and costs
  • We will email the proposal to you to review in your own time
  • You are welcome to schedule a follow up call to ask questions or discuss the proposal
  • We will supply references and examples of our work on request
  • Once we send the proposal, if we don’t hear back within a week we will send a follow up email
  • There is no hard sell and if we don’t hear back we won’t continue to contact you, we would always ask people to let us know if they decide not to go ahead
  • If you decide to accept the proposal we will send a contract for your review and welcome you to the Purple Pitch PR team
