Our Crime Prevention Work

National Business Crime Centre

National Business Crime Centre

As part of our retained PR support for the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC), we run a number of national crime prevention campaigns focussed on tackling retail crime under the Safer Action Business initiative brand. The results? Nationwide participation, with every police force across the country taking part. Impactful action, with over 100 arrests reported during the campaign and over 40 positive media stories generated.

We also designed and launched the national Tackling Retail Crime Together campaign in support of the national strategy which was launched by the Home Secretary.

We led the redevelopment of the NBCC website,  manage their social media channels, and secure regular coverage in regional, trade and policing media enhancing their profile at a national level and helping to secure £2million in government funding.

National Vehicle Crime Reduction Partnership

The team started work with the NVCRP in the summer of 2025 to develop a communications strategy focused on positioning the NVCRP as the national lead and authority on preventing and investigating serious organised vehicle crime in the UK. In the first week of taking over management of the NVCRP LinkedIn, the audience increased by over 150 in 7 days.

Media coverage has already been secured for the NVCRP in a number of national outlets and a PR plan has been developed to include thought leadership pieces, blogs, media opportunities and a potential NVCRP campaign launch later in the year.
